Instead, it would be more prudent to explain that you are unhappy, and if there are not some serious changes made, you would like to cancel the contract. Is the buyer agent entitled to any commission by the buyer if it enters into buying contract and cancels it? The buyer agent has done work preparing the offer and showed some houses but was never entitled to commission by the buyer. If so can buyer be sued by agent for lost commissions?
